After spending the first part of her career traveling around the US in a corporate education role for Louis Vuitton Moett Hennessy, Mellie found herself feeling exhausted, underwhelmed, and uninspired (in what was supposed to be her dream job). After careful thought, she began looking at how poorly she was eating while traveling all the time. Late dinners, fast food, and skipped meals were zapping Mellie of any energy she might have to spare after working long days. Instead of feeling defeated, Mellie turned her efforts to studying health and wellness and ultimately left the corporate education world to obtain her Master’s in Exercise Science Health Promotion.
Her passion for all things healthy has led Mellie to the Clean Cuisine family where she is the Wellness Specialist. Along with the entire team at Clean Cuisine, Mellie is revolutionizing the health of Houstonians one healthy choice at a time!
